Hotel Guidelines
Dear Guest,
our Management and Villa Maria Staff welcome you in our Hotel informing our guests about our general guidelines.
Please read carefully these rules in order to avoid any inconvenience or trouble to the others or to the location,
which we kindly ask you to respect and take care of it as being your own house.
For Public Security reasons, it’s not allowed other people to access the rooms during the day without Reception authorization and identity card.

Children & minors
Parents (or who has legal authority) are responsible for their children’s behaviour inside the Hotel and they have to look after them, not to leave them alone in the rooms or common spaces making sure of their respectful actions such us silence respect, correct use of toilets and other Hotel equipment.
Rooms
Cleaning rooms is planned every day within 02:00 pm, if the guest left it, otherwise, if the guest is in, the room will be cleaned the following day.
We kindly ask you do not place any towels or clothes over the windowsill of the balcony.
If required, a clothes rack can be provided on request, which must be placed indoors.
Common spaces and Restaurant
In the common areas and the restaurant, it is necessary to wear respectable attire appropriate to the setting.
It is not possible to access the restaurant or common areas in swimwear or shirtless.
Breakfast and hygienic – food security
Breakfast can be exclusively eaten in the restaurant room. Guests cannot take food or drink for breakfast out the restaurant room. Due to hygienic-food security reasons, we kindly ask you to best keep food inside your rooms avoiding to leave crumbs on the floor.
Noises & Relax
We kindly recommend you to avoid behaviours, activities, games and use of devices which could bother other hotel guests, above all during the following time slots:
12:00 pm – 08:00 am e 02:00 pm – 04:00 pm, time rest period.
Please do not slam the doors; we kindly ask you to limit television volume.
